Killarney is an established, leafy part of north-central Edmonton — big trees, quiet streets, and a lot close by. The building sits on a calm residential street of mostly single-family homes, so it stays quiet and low-key. You can be at Northgate Centre or Kingsway Mall in a few minutes, and Commonwealth Stadium, the EXPO Centre, and NAIT are all nearby.

It's an easy spot if you work in health care, too — the Royal Alexandra and Glenrose hospitals are close. Buses run often, downtown and the LRT aren't far, and Yellowhead Trail gets you across the city fast when you need it.
